Refund policy

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, return requests must be submitted and the product must be shipped back within this 30-day window.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • All components, hardware, and included materials must be present

Products may be briefly tested for fitment, but must show no signs of wear, damage, or modification.

Any product showing visible wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Modified or altered items
  • Items returned without original packaging or components
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Primo Workz is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the returned item.

This fee is applied to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Submit a return request
  2. Place a new order

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or future orders in cases of:

  • Excessive return activity
  • Abuse of the return policy
  • Fraudulent claims

Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation and policy acceptance at checkout.
